Cookie Recipes Vanilla - Sugar Cookie Simple and Easy Recipe

Here is a very simple recipe to make Vanilla Sugar Cookies that are chewy from inside and crispy from outside. Make these for your friends and family and I can guarantee that they will ask for more.
Here is what you need.

Vanilla Sugar Cookies

For the cookies you will need:

1 ¾ cups of All Purpose Flour
1 cup of Unsalted Butter
1 cup of Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
½ tsp of Baking Powder
½ tsp of Salt
¼ tsp of Baking Soda
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
½ cup of Granulated Sugar for rolling cookies in.

Here is how to make those addictive Vanilla Sugar Cookies:

Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. (Prepare 2 baking sheets if your oven is big enough to put in two)

In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar and mix until combined.

Add the egg and vanilla essence and mix until creamy and combined.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix until everything incorporated.

Using a tablespoon, form the cookies and roll them in the extra sugar.

Place them on your prepared baking sheet making sure to leave a few inches apart (Cookies will expand while in the oven)

Bake for about 18 minutes (rotate the baking sheet once in halfway mark for an even cooking)

Remove it from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, move it to a cooking rack.

Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
