* 6" and 8" Round cakes (I used 2 batches of our vanilla cupcake recipe * 6" and 8" Round cake plates* 10" Round cake board
* Sweet Buttercream - Pale Purple - 2lb 2oz (1kg) 3 parts Americolor Electric Purple and 2 parts Americolor Regal Purple - Pale Pink 1lb 9oz (700g) 2 parts Americolor Electric Pink and 1 part Wilton Rose - Mid Pink 5.3oz (150g) as above, just darker - Dark Pink 5.3oz (150g) as above, just darker again - Dark Purple 1.7oz (50g) as above, just darker
* Dark chocolate ganache
* 3 Piping bags
* couplers
* Piping tips No. 2, 104, 107
* Flower nail
* Cookie sheet
* Parchment paper square
* Turntable
* Spatula
* Scraper
* Squirt bottle, or piping bag
* Sweets - I used macarons, chocolate coated strawberry malt balls, sixlets, Kinder, wafers
